So now you want to know where the name came from. I guess it was partly because our first choices were already taken. The main reason was that the best children stories happen in woods. 'Winnie-the-Pooh' from A. A. Milne plays off in Hundred Acre Wood and then there is 'The Wind in the Willows' from Kenneth Grahame, which covers a wild wood, a river and the whole countryside.
I hope that the name will also remind you to never grow too old to be able to close your eyes and imagine yourself lying on your back under a tree; there is a gentle breeze and you are watching the clouds pass by.
